AGM 2024

I know every year you all wait with bated breath for AGM time (I know I do) so without further ado…AGM! This year we’re shaking things up a little - rather than our usual afternoon after the Grand Final we’re trying to be as accommodating as possible so we’re going for a…yeah, a Wednesday evening. Not super exciting but we were trying hard not to clash with rehearsals and OneFest and film shoots and all the rest of the things that would mean our members couldn’t come and brim with excitement at the updates regarding the state of the company! The plan is likely to do cheese and wine and pizzas for those peckish, and try to get through things as quickly as possible so we can all go home. And fingers crossed the rain has abated so we can all remain dry…

Please note the following with regards to the constitution:

You may apply for a role on the committee by simply checking a box in the RSVP form (god bless the new constitution!) and they must be made 10 days prior to the meeting. Note that nominations may only be raised from the floor in the absence of any formal nominations. If there is only one nominee, they automatically are elected and cannot be opposed from the floor.

With digital nominations, we must make the nominations visible to members. Access to the form can be found in the members only area of the website. You can log in using the email address we have on file for you.

Any correspondence that is wished to be entered must either be submitted 14 days prior to the meeting so it may be circulated to the members, or raised from the floor.
